AUGER COOLING

Are you conveying your product with an auger?  Why not cool it down at the same time?  We can retro fit your old auger at our facility or yours.  Our quick tool-less, sanitary design injection is a snap to clean and reassemble.  With unique nozzle inserts we keep your product from sticking and plugging the orifice.  This design eliminates those impossible to clean holes that trap unwanted bacteria. 

We have both CO2 or LN2 injections systems.  Below is our standard LN2 injection nozzle assembly.  Each nozzle is fed by a manifold that runs the required length between the nozzle assemblies.  Off the manifold at each injection point is a flexible hose that supplies the LN2.  You can see how easy it is to access the nozzle assembly.
