Versatile cryogenic freezing system featuring continuous current liquid nitrogen immersion.

 ALIGAL™ CC, or continuous current freezer utilizes a flow of liquid nitrogen to move the product, rather than a bottom conveyor belt, and its major components separate easily for thorough cleaning.

It is suitable for products that flow easily, such as:


1) diced hard boiled eggs, meats, and vegetables
2) sticky products like clams or small fruits and
3) droplets of dairy products and cultures or sauces.


The ALIGAL CC can be used to fully freeze or to crust freeze with or without a post cool to finish freezing. Capacities have ranged from several hundred pounds per hour up to as much as 8,000 pounds per hour for some products.
